Who I Am
An introduction to your guide in plant medicine and conscious living
Nurturing balance through nature's wisdom
Welcome
Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a herbalist, Ayurvedic practitioner, and organic grower of herbs and flowers — a steward of the soil, a student of the plants, and a guide for those seeking a more conscious, rooted way of living. My work is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and remember the ancient wisdom that lives within nature and within you.
I am...
A Herbalist — trained in the traditions of Western and folk herbalism, I work with whole-plant medicine to support the body’s natural ability to find balance and healing. An Ayurvedic Practitioner — grounded in the ancient science of life from India, I offer personalized guidance rooted in the doshas, daily rhythms, seasonal living, and the timeless principles of balance. An Organic Grower — I tend my own gardens, growing herbs and flowers free of synthetic chemicals and tended with intention, gratitude, and respect for the living earth.
A Plant Ally
I view the plants as teachers, partners, and friends, and I share what they have offered me through teas, blends, salves, and consultations.
A Lifelong Student
of botany, of tradition, of the body, of the seasons, and of the quiet language of the natural world.
A Guide and Educator
holding space for those curious about herbalism, holistic wellness, and the gentle art of conscious living.
An Earth Steward — committed to sustainable, regenerative, and reverent practices, from seed to harvest to teacup.
The Conscious Flower
Believing that every plant, every petal, every breath holds intention, and that wellness begins with awareness.
My Approach
I weave together the wisdom of Western herbalism and Ayurveda with my hands-on relationship with the plants I grow.
Integrative Intention
Every blend, every consultation, every flower I share is touched by the same intention: to support deep, lasting wellbeing in body, mind, and spirit.
Holistic Foundation
I believe healing is not separate from the soil, the seasons, or the soul — it is woven through all of it.
Invitation
Whether you’re here for a cup of tea, a personal consultation, or simply a moment of pause in your day, I welcome you with open hands.
Nourishment
May you find here something that nourishes you — a remedy, a remembering, or a gentle return to yourself.
- With gratitude and green blessings, Ingrid Strazzabosco
